CricketX Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between CricketX ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player") who registers an account or uses any service provided by CricketX at cricketx.vip. By accessing the CricketX platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

CricketX operates under an international gaming licence. The platform provides sports betting, virtual games, live casino, and fast games to eligible players. CricketX reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with our licensing obligations.

Each player is permitted to hold one CricketX account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address, is strictly prohibited. CricketX uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close any duplicates found, voiding all associated balances and winnings.

When registering your CricketX account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CricketX will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your CricketX account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out of shared devices after each session. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CricketX support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including CricketX support staff.
• CricketX will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication for additional security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.

CricketX accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no fees charged by CricketX on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your CricketX account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but some bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact CricketX support with your transaction reference number.

All funds deposited to CricketX must come from a payment method registered in your own name. CricketX does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your account details, the deposit may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from CricketX are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals are processed within the same business day for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals maytake up to 3 business days to process depending on the amount and your verification status.

Before your first withdrawal, CricketX requires identity verification. You will need to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as your National ID card or passport. We may also request proof of your payment method. This is a standard requirement under our licensing obligations and is designed to protect you from fraud.

CricketX reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if:

• Your account has not been fully verified.
• There is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements on your account.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal request does not meet our minimum amount requirements.
• Your account is under review for any reason.

• If a bonus is claimed in error or through a technical fault, CricketX reserves the right to remove it from your account.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through arbitrage, matched betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on CricketX are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, which are published in the CricketX help section. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on the CricketX platform:

• Bets are only accepted from registered and verified CricketX account holders.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. CricketX reserves the right to set and change bet limits at any time.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• CricketX reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, CricketX reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• CricketX reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets.

For multi-bet (accumulator) wagers, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more selections are void, the bet is recalculated without the void selection. Specific multi-bet rules are available on the Multi Bet page.

CricketX offers virtual games including Go Rush, Panda Dragon Boat, and virtual racing, as well as a live casino section and fast games such as crash, slots, Plinko, and Mines. The following rules apply to all virtual and casino products on the CricketX platform:

• All virtual game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios with professional dealers. CricketX is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by third-party providers.

CricketX uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious account activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, we may suspend your account and hold any pending withdrawals while the investigation is ongoing. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the investigation is complete.
